The Basics of Poker

Then, 1 more card is dealt face up. This is called the turn. There is one more round of betting. Then, the river is dealt. This is the final card that everyone gets to see. If someone has a high pair, they win the hand. If not, they break ties by looking at the highest card in their hand.
